Industrial Engineer

As an Engineering Technician / Production Team Lead, you’ll work directly on the shop floor to drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve assembly processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for production issues, ensuring your line runs smoothly and that quality, safety, and performance goals are met.

• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and company safety policies.
• Spot check product quality to ensure consistent standards.
• Support engineering and quality teams with new product introductions, process changes, and root cause investigations.
• Provide hands-on guidance to operators and ensure proper assembly methods are followed.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and increase output.
• Serve as the lead on the production line, answering questions and addressing bottlenecks.
• Monitor equipment performance, perform minor adjustments, and assist with setups or alignments.
• Partner with maintenance and support teams to resolve production issues quickly.

We’re looking for hands-on, mechanically inclined leaders to join our production team assembling outdoor power equipment — including lawn mowers, snow blowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and trimmers.

• Collaborative and proactive approach to communication and continuous improvement.
• Previous experience as a production lead, line leader, or process technician a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly preferred).
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, process documents, and equipment setup sheets.
