You’re a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in the local market (or Australia), with exposure to commercial or residential construction. You understand NZ procurement and subcontractor markets, and you’re confident working autonomously within a collaborative team environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or quantity surveying are expected. Intermediate and senior-level candidates will be considered, depending on experience.

Operating in collaboration with the Commercial Manager and external Estimator you'll be working in a post-contract capacity so strong contract administration and experience with NZ3910 will be essential.
