Assists the CM with all change management processes.
Assists CM in monitoring daily work against the construction schedule.
Maintains records and tracks all meeting action items.
Disseminates submittals to appropriate individuals for review.
Prepares closeout documents for DSA certification and turnover of project to district.
Assists Construction Manager (CM) with resolution of issues.
Tracks Submittals & Shop Drawings
Develop tracking logs in Excel or other district PMIS software.
Creates change management documents for approval by the CM.
Receives, coordinates, and distributes all project correspondence.
Assists in the management of project controls through district software.
Receives, records, and verifies compliance for all submittals.
Maintains Record Documents
Creates and/or manages RFI, ASI, CD, COR, and RFP logs.
Assists CM in the management of quality assurance mechanisms.
Creates, distributes, and maintains minutes for all project meetings.
Project Communications, including Meeting Minutes.
Updates As-Built drawings, as required.
Schedules project meetings
Tracks, logs, and files submittals
Keeps project history by maintaining a chronological timeline of project photographs.
