Stay close to customer needs through direct feedback and market insights.
Monitor performance using KPIs and guide data-driven decision-making.
Identify emerging market opportunities and drive disruptive innovation.
Partner effectively with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Regional Sales Managers, and other ELW teams.
Drive product adoption and ensure continuous improvement post-launch.
Lead, mentor, and inspire Product Managers and Technical Product Managers.
Define long-term product vision, goals, and roadmaps across multiple products.
This is a senior leadership role where your influence will span strategy, product performance, team development, and bringing groundbreaking products to life.
Oversee product launches, positioning, and ongoing optimisation.
Balance technical feasibility with customer needs and commercial value.
Occasional solo travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and commercial training.
Communicate progress, strategy, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
Manage cost targets, pricing input, and design-to-cost efforts with cross-functional partners.
Champion alignment across teams to secure buy-in and accelerate delivery.
Lead the entire Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process with rigor and consistency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with technical products.
