The Pricing Support role assists the pricing team and sales operations by ensuring product pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with current market conditions. This contributes to profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include entering quotes into the ERP system, promptly addressing pricing inquiries, and reviewing bids for accuracy and market competitiveness. The role supports Sales and Market Managers to drive profitability, collaborates with Inside Sales to ensure invoice accuracy, and communicates across departments to resolve pricing discrepancies and propose strategic solutions. It also maintains customer plan data across multiple business lines, reviews margin exceptions, and performs other duties to enhance team efficiency.
- Enter and manage quotes in the ERP system, responding promptly to pricing requests.
- Review bids for accuracy, consistency, and market competitiveness.
- Support Sales and Market Managers to drive profitability and meet productivity goals.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Communicate across departments to address market challenges and propose strategic solutions.
- Maintain customer plan data across multiple business lines and ERP systems.
- Review and approve margin exceptions, applying system overrides when needed.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent experience. Preferred backgrounds include customer service, sales support, or construction and building‑materials supply.
The position requires excellent oral and written communication, strong organization, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Excel formulas, and experience with SAP’s ERP system are preferred.
