The Senior Manager, U.S. Property Management Finance will serve as a key strategic and financial leader supporting JLL’s Office and Industrial Property Management business lines for East markets. This role provides comprehensive financial and operational support, including financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and leadership of a growing finance team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Property Management leadership to drive financial performance, enhance reporting processes, and deliver meaningful insights that support business objectives across U.S. markets.
Drive strategic thinking and value creation by leveraging data analytics to identify trends, performance drivers, risks and opportunities. Create efficiencies and streamline reporting, forecasting and financial workflows to enhance accuracy, speed and scalability. Demonstrate strong ownership of end‑to‑end financial processes, ensuring accountability, continuous improvement and high‑quality deliverables. Act as a key financial and strategic business partner to U.S. Property Management leadership for Office and Industrial portfolios, providing insights and recommendations to support growth and profitability. Provide vision, strategy and motivation for the finance team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial discipline.
Manage and develop a team of approximately five Analysts and Senior Analysts, fostering professional growth and engagement. Oversee workload planning, performance management and staff development to ensure delivery of accurate, high‑quality financial insights. Promote a collaborative, inclusive and results‑driven team culture that supports both national and regional business partners.
Lead preparation, management and consolidation of the annual Property Management plan and quarterly forecasts for Office and Industrial portfolios. Analyze and interpret monthly financial results, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to achieve financial goals and enhance business performance.
Partner with Controllership to ensure timely, accurate accounting and financial reporting across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles. Collaborate with Onboarding Solutions and other internal teams to ensure accurate setup of PMAs, client classifications, payroll structures, management fees and burden rates. Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with JLL financial policies and reporting standards.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is required; an MBA or CPA is a plus. Minimum of six to seven years of relevant real‑estate finance experience, including two to three years in a supervisory or leadership capacity, is required. Strong finance background with working knowledge of accounting principles is preferred, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with PeopleSoft, SmartView, OCI or Tableau. Excellent analytical, organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail are essential, as are strong communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
Estimated compensation for this position is $135,000–$140,000 USD per year, subject to variation based on qualifications, location and market conditions. Final compensation packages are determined by a range of considerations including candidate qualifications and internal factors.
