The specialist will follow Terex safety policies, wear appropriate protective equipment, and keep the work area clean and orderly. Responsibilities include loading and visually inspecting parts onto the automatic conveyor paint line, using hand and air tools, performing basic measurements, and maintaining tools and equipment. The role also requires troubleshooting basic issues, supporting 5S standards, and flexibly assisting other departments as needed.
- Adhere to all safety policies, wear PPE, and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
- Load and visually inspect components onto the automatic conveyor powder‑coat line per production schedule.
- Operate hand and air tools, perform basic measurements, and record counts, distances, and times.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot simple issues, and support 5S standards.
- Flexibly assist other areas or departments when required.
- Apply basic computer skills to read tape measurements and follow written/oral instructions.

The position includes a $1,000 sign‑on bonus paid in two installments, provided the employee remains active at the time of each payout.
