- Residential / PBSA / Living sector experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
- 8+ years’ project management experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong track record delivering projects under JCT contract and acting as Employers Agent
- Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
You’ll be working directly with a Director, supported by a strong PM/SPM team, and leading landmark projects ranging from £10m–£80m across residential, office, retail and industrial sectors. On top of that, you’ll have genuine influence in shaping the company’s future – with a clear pathway to Director level.
