What you would be doing

You’ll support the build, assembly, and production of electric propulsion systems, mechanical subassemblies, and prototype components. Working alongside experienced technicians and engineers, you’ll gain first-hand experience in manufacturing and testing high-performance systems for EV and eVTOL platforms.

  • Follow work instructions, build sheets, and engineering drawings accurately
  • Assist in assembling, fitting, and preparing parts for testing and validation
  • Use hand tools and basic workshop equipment to perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks
  • Conduct basic inspection and quality checks on finished components
  • Support daily production and build activities for electric propulsion systems and components
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused workspace
  • Support ongoing process improvement and prototype build development
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and senior technicians to meet build deadlines
