Designs multimodal transportation systems that make walking, biking and transit safe, convenient, and enjoyable.
As an Engineer II you will lead brainstorming sessions, support interdisciplinary teams, and produce multimodal infrastructure designs ranging from urban streetscapes to rural trail projects. You will use AutoCAD to create feasibility studies, concept plans, and construction documents while sharing knowledge with staff and clients to maintain high‑quality deliverables.
The position offers a competitive salary of $84,000–$99,000 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, an HSA, an FSA, eight holidays and at least 16 days of PTO. Employees also receive financial incentives to bike, walk, or use transit for their commute.
The role is full‑time with a flexible 40‑hour week and the option to work from home two days per week. The Seattle office is centrally located near Pike Place Market and is easily accessed by foot, bike, transit and ferry, with RapidRide lines and Sound Transit services nearby.
