The full‑time position offers a compensation range of $66,000 – $99,000 per year, which includes base salary and a short‑term incentive. The three‑year rotational program is designed for recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience in multiple teams within manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and corporate hubs. Participants can join either the Operations & Engineering or Supply Chain track, completing one‑year rotations that build a broad skill set and expand professional networks through leadership training, mentorship, and exposure to local, regional, and global teams.
