Generate, monitor and upsell change orders for material and schedule changes as needed.
Maintains job file to include data pertaining to the job; maintains computer database, recording all activity that applies to the job, including current job status and all correspondence and future actions required; closes job file after final acceptance.
Release proper material according to the project schedule and contract obligations.
Obtains approved submittal drawings from the owner and tracks submittals until complete.
