Draft appropriately structured term sheets and partially negotiate with borrowers
Carry out legal and tax real estate due diligence with internal experts & external advisors

Good negotiation and commercial skills

Hands-on-mentality and persistence to carry out projects and tasks
Experience in an international and multicultural business environment
Background in lending activity or financing
Ability to navigate across different projects and departments and to work with a wide variety of different people in the organization
2-4 year-experience in lending or structured financing
