Build and maintain cordial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents and Trustee
Take charge of quarterly GST returns on a timely submission and ensure accuracy.
Assist in preparing the statutory Financial Statements for half yearly announcements and yearly annual Financial Statements, including Accounting Paper.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting workstream
Assist in consolidating the financial results of the Group including preparation of the monthly accounting package to Group Finance team as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and YTD analysis of the variance against comparative periods and budget
Provide senior management with timely, accurate, and relevant information and analysis on the financial performance of the group and working closely with Operations Finance team to provide a complete perspective on group performance.
Assist in reviewing the Announcements like Quarterly Business Update, Half-yearly results and Annual Report.
Identify and develop solutions for finance and tax related issues to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting process and internal controls
Assist and support in maintaining Interested Person Transactions
Advise on cashflow management on foreseeable operational cash needs
Manage finance and tax related activities for REIT malls
Conduct research, benchmarking and analysis/ insights of industry and peers
