The position involves installing and assembling mechanical equipment and piping products in a factory production shop. The employee will work closely with pipefitters, installers, quality control, and support staff to safely and efficiently execute production processes, meet delivery dates, and stay within operational budgets.
The role reports to a shop foreman or production manager and receives direct supervision for technical responsibilities. Candidates should bring installer‑specific skills, display judgment and initiative, and be able to read and follow written work instructions while contributing to continual improvement of techniques and procedures.
