Operate front-end loader to transport materials to and from storage and processing areas.
Operate front-end loader to feed conveyors.
Create and maintain inclines and ramps to excavated materials.
Inspect equipment prior to operation for any safety or maintenance issues.
Perform routine maintenance on the loader such as lubricating, fueling and cleaning.
Report to work dressed appropriately and ready to begin work at the designated start time.
Position will occasionally require climbing of ladders and steps.

Must be 18 years in age or older.
Frequent standing, walking, reaching and climbing
Knowledge of the concrete production and aggregate needs.
Ability to observe safety and security procedures.
Ability to be self-sufficient and perform tasks and duties without immediate supervision.
Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Frequent sitting and operating heavy equipment/loader.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Six months to one year of experience as a loader operator or similar role.
Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required.
Demonstrate ability to wear and use proper PPE at all times.
