Provides deep program management expertise & experience required to enhance and deliver on Landis+Gyr’s overall PMO standards.
Establish and track KPIs.
Engagement and advisory support to global projects and project teams located across the globe.

Ensure cross-functional alignment across major groups.
Support customer-facing partnership activities.
Maintain, develop and update PMO Governance, standards, best practices, and reporting related to the PM discipline.
Review and give feedback to teams based on analytics related to Project Performance and timelines.
Facilitate annual and quarterly portfolio planning.

Exceptional presentation skills
Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations.
Successful record of accomplishment in delivering product projects that include multiple system integrations
Strong personal drive to achieve the goals and the passion for excellence and delivering business value.
Ability to make sound decisions quickly
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
Experience leading global teams.
Familiarity with hardware build cycles and RF certification.
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand information and ideas presented through spoken words
Ability to communicate openly, honestly, and constructively while treating employees and customers with dignity, respect, and courtesy.
Experience in AMI, utility metering, or IoT.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
10+ years of experience in project or program management.
Ability to influence and manage conflict for positive results.
Experience in Agile, SCRUM, Test Driven Development and Waterfall methodologies
Must have executive level multitasking, organizational and time management skills.

Strong technical expertise and business acumen within Project Management
Strong understanding of RF, embedded systems, and cloud platforms.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Self-Starter: ability to work independently or on a team
Previous role in PMO leadership for a R&D program
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
Strong program/project management and leadership skills and the ability to champion disciplined project management best practices in challenging situations
Specialization in complex multi-million-dollar programs and with advanced technologies
Strong collaborative and partnering capabilities.
Expert in ADO, Jira, MS Project, MS PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
