- Thorough knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and color theory
- Union membership is required as per the terms of the CBA
- Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment

- Experience with specialty finishes or decorative painting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Exposure to paint fumes, dust, and other potential irritants (proper PPE will be provided)
- Sunday through Thursday workweek
- Opportunity for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week
