The Sector Manager will guide the growth of the NSW Water Resources sector by strengthening client partnerships, expanding market presence and diversifying service offerings. They will ensure technical and delivery excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, governance and client satisfaction. Additionally, they will cultivate a collaborative, high‑performing team culture through mentoring, technical direction and growth opportunities.
Candidates should hold a relevant tertiary degree and CPEng registration, with roughly 20 + years of experience in water resources, including drainage, flooding, nature‑based solutions and integrated water management. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and commercial/strategic acumen are essential.
