Minimum 8 years of experience managing structural or building enclosure projects and providing assessments and investigative services (forensics) for the built environment required
2 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience required
In lieu of education, 4 years of experience as ECS Facilities Associate II, or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required
Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
High School Diploma or GED required; B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred
