The Assistant Facility Manager will assist with the maintenance and operation of building services, ensuring assets are presented in optimal condition, repaired, used cost‑effectively, and serviced in line with statutory requirements. The role also delivers exceptional customer service and maintains the highest safety standards, working Tuesday to Saturday with 24/7 on‑call duties as needed.
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of facilities‑management experience, a solid understanding of Australian standards, BMCS systems and contractor management, along with strong commercial, organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, customer‑centric mindset.
