Tasks

-Meeting room operations and bookings, communications, emergency and security management, mail, events and catering. -Assist with onboarding site tours and workplace activations. -Engage in opportunities through the Origin Foundation to support your community. -Meeting and greeting employees, contractors and customers. -Explore unique and cost-effective employee EV Car subscriptions. -Acting as the face of the business and overseeing reception duties. -Providing an interface between your back of house/operational peers and the business

-The ability to prioritise a diverse workload. -12 months contracting opportunity | Melbourne CBD based -The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands. -Diverse and fast paced position -Proficient computer skills across the Microsoft suite of products. -Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels. -Experience delivering excellent customer service in a large organisation. -Experience working front of house in face paced customer focused role. -Front-of-house hospitality, workplace experience or admin background will be highly regarded.
