Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to service staff and junior team members.
Performing commissioning and pre-commissioning checks to ensure system integrity.
Participate in engineering reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Carry out plant and machinery repairs and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Ensure timely completion of commissioning documentation and contribute to project handover materials.
Program and support refrigeration control systems as needed.
Coordinate commissioning schedules with project teams to meet contract requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Clean NZ full driver licence.
Proven experience as a tradesman – minimum 5 years
Experience working with Transcritical CO2 systems would be advantageous
Relevant Trade Qualification / 5+ years field experience within the refrigeration and air conditioning industry
Experience in commissioning and installation within engineering or technical environments – some training provided.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
EST licence
Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
