Occasionally visit sites, mainly for follow-ups or exceptional situations
Monitor and validate daily and non-conformity reports produced by the team
Ensure effective communication between technicians, clients and other stakeholders
Attend coordination meetings with clients and design offices
Support technicians in resolving technical and administrative issues
Update and analyze performance logs and indicators
Plan and organize technician assignments across various job sites

Available for occasional travel to client sites or offices
Relevant experience in site supervision or technical team coordination
