Senior Engineer AME

Description

• Maintain documentation and process standards using ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support New Product Development (NPD) and Value Engineering (VE) initiatives.
• Drive productivity improvements through cycle time reduction, tool life enhancement, and process stability.
• Interface with vendors and tool manufacturers to evaluate and select cutting tools and machining technologies.
• Conduct time studies and process audits to identify bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Ensure manufacturability of development parts by coordinating with design, production, and quality teams.
• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes, program on Dossan VMC, Mazak HMC and Mazak Integrex I200/i300 machine for blower and Vacuum pump components like rotors, side plate and housings.
• Implement tooling and fixturing solutions to improve machining accuracy and reduce setup time.

Requirements

• CAD, CAM knowledge
• CNC Machining Expertise.
• ERP system
• Diploma or B tech in Mechanical with 5-year relevant experience.
• Shop Floor Implementation.
• Proficient to write, read and speak English and Hindi
