As an Installer I you will work alongside the crew chief and team to set up manufactured homes. Duties include removing protective shipping wrap, handling exterior items such as shingles, and assisting with the removal of tires, axles, and tongues that can weigh up to 50 lb. You will also travel to each home site, load and unload materials, keep tools and trucks organized, and help install vapor barriers, gather materials for piers, and perform masonry work beneath the homes.
Successful candidates enjoy working with their hands outdoors, have a positive, team‑oriented attitude, and are interested in building a long‑term construction career. The role requires the ability to climb ladders, crawl under homes, lift up to 50 lb, and comfortably use hand and power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, and an impact wrench.
