Adhere to 5S methodology which is to Sort, Set in Order (organize and identify), Shine (clean), Standardize and Sustain (maintain).
Clean up and disposal of scrap, cardboard and strapping in proper containers or designated areas.
Maintain safe and orderly material and parts holding areas.
Adhere to company's quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high quality products, delivered on time at a cost that represents value.
Must operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE such as ear plugs, safety glasses, etc., as deemed necessary for the safety of operator, coworkers, and facility.
Pick and pull all materials for orders
Load orders on assigned truck
Remove goods from inventory for the department
Movement and lifting of containers, pallets, wire containers, etc.
Perform duties from detailed instruction with minimum amount of supervision.
Log completed order
Perform daily housekeeping duties
Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.
Perform regular cycle counts
Assist with inventory control
Requirements

Use of simple math skills. Work from lists, orders, or instructions. Use weight scale.
Repetitive bending, stooping, lifting and handling of heavy loads of work as well as pushing and pulling of hand and lift trucks.
Must possess a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must possess sufficient physical dexterity to accomplish required tasks.
Demonstrate proficiency in use of pull rods, mechanical hand jacks, carts, hydraulic lift jacks and forklifts.
Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed.
3-6 months similar experience.
