The Lead Mitigation Technician is a key leadership role within Serclean’s water mitigation team. This position is responsible for managing jobsite activity, overseeing technicians, and ensuring all water damage mitigation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with IICRC and company standards. The role includes identifying additional service opportunities during projects and working closely with the sales team to ensure scope accuracy and customer satisfaction. The Lead Technician must model professionalism, follow all Standard Operating Procedures, and consistently deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities • Water Mitigation Execution: Perform all aspects of water mitigation, including controlled demolition, equipment setup, moisture mapping, and jobsite cleanup. • Sales Communication: Identify and communicate additional scope needs to the mitigation manager and customers as needed. • Job Site Management: Lead on-site operations to ensure safety, organization, and proper workflow. • Compliance & Documentation: Use moisture meters and monitoring tools to track drying progress and complete documentation daily. • SOP & Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures are followed. • Vehicle Operation: Operate and maintain a company vehicle responsibly. • Customer Service: Act as the on-site point of contact for clients.

High school diploma or equivalent required.• Minimum 2 years of water mitigation experience required. • IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to lead a team on active job sites. • Effective communication and documentation skills. • Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean record. • Flexible schedule availability including weekends/on-call. • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varied environments.

Regular lifting of 50+ pounds. • Work in crawlspaces, attics, and tight spaces. • Use of PPE and exposure to water-damaged environments.
