- Ability to travel extensively
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid electrician certificate or trainee card
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Electrical wiring experience
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills for customer interaction
- Ability to schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirements
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
- Pass pre‑employment and ongoing background, drug, and MVR screenings
- Factory certifications such as Lenel
- Factory certifications such as DAQ Access Control/IDS
- Factory certifications such as Milestone CCTV
- Factory certifications such as Pelco CCTV
- Factory certifications such as Monitor Dynamics Access Control/IDS
- Factory certifications such as AMAG
- Knowledge of various DDC and Building Utility Control Systems
- Prior experience on government contracts or military bases
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government clearance
