Provide engineering support and project management for capital projects and major repair projects. Create, maintain and keep current documentation and electronic versions of all electrical and schematics including panel layouts, PLC programs.
Inspecting electrical components during and after the product installation
Participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with engineering and shop personnel on existing machine control modifications to robotic and electrical systems.
Assist in training the shop personnel and assisting them in checking or trouble shooting equipment as required.
Coordinate project installations with Maintenance and contractors.
Provide expertise in PLC Control Systems and Programming in the development and troubleshooting of Electrical and Automation Control Systems.
Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide the necessary solutions to eliminate root causes.
Design circuit and layout drawings of control and power panels
Develop further knowledge and skills in the application of engineering principles, scientific analysis, and LEAN principles.

Knowledge/Experience with equipment used in the production of non-woven fiberglass based materials or paper industry is a plus
Proficient in computer-aided design and drafting software
Experience in the design and operation of high-speed manufacturing and converting equipment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be willing to travel both international and domestic
