The Road Mechanic role focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a diverse fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty equipment such as generators, pumps, and HVAC systems, all performed in a safety‑focused environment.

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diverse equipment, including aerial platforms and specialty generators.

Requirements

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training and 3‑5 years of experience on diesel, heavy‑construction, or specialty equipment preferred. A valid driver’s license is required, and a CDL may be necessary in some locations.
