• Providing excellent customer service to both jobseekers and hiring firms
• Managing the full recruitment process inclusive of sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer conversations
• Managing and growing a talent pool of candidates, identifying and securing top talent looking for a career move

Requirements

Bespoke Careers is a global specialist recruitment agency dedicated to connecting job seekers with employers in architecture, interior design and AIPD. We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our growing New York team. You will be motivated, personable and passionate about working with people and have a strong interest in the architecture and design industry.

• Excellent communication skills; capable of presenting to a group of people
• Confident, influential with strong networking skills
• Recruitment experience within a relevant industry is beneficial but not required due to inhouse training
• Proven relationship building & customer service skills
• Experience within the A&D industry is a plus
• Target hitting & goal-orientated
