- Carry out site reconnaissance visits and develop permit application documents and drawings.
- May have periodic contact with clients regarding ongoing projects and tasks.
- Support and advise civil/process water engineers and technical staff in other disciplines and sections; complete technical analysis, write reports and technical memorandums, coordinate with sub-consultants, support senior staff to maintain project schedules and budgets, and produce documents in accordance with project scopes and quality program procedures.

- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of task
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, standard CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling software
- EIT certification strongly preferred. Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field
- Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
