The rigger is responsible for ensuring safety first while assisting the crane operator with rigging operations, hand signals, and equipment setup. Duties include loading and securing equipment such as spreader bars, mats, and counterweights, driving the truck to job sites, conducting vehicle and trailer inspections, maintaining and cleaning rigging gear, monitoring inventory, and reporting defects and job completion to supervisors and dispatchers.

Candidates must have 1‑3 years of rigging experience and an Advanced Rigger certification; commercial driving experience is preferred. Additional requirements include the ability to work in a high‑functioning team, demonstrate honesty, integrity, professionalism, and effective communication.
