Review plans, engineers specifications, schedules and authority requirements to eliminate conflicts in information for tender submissions
Assign Tenders and package pricing to Sales estimators where required to achieve required timeframes
Liaise with suppliers on non-standard variation tender details and prepare specific estimates in accordance with Rawson design principals
Peer review of tenders and variations where required based on level of experience
Review job related ETS and provide detailed feedback to the Sales Estimating Team Leader
Take ownership and accountability of tasks
Ensure all tender information is obtained and managed to prevent delay to the project
Assign variations to Sales estimators in accordance with achieving timeframes
Manage complex tenders including initial preparation, re-work or variations and provide custom pricing in a timely manner

Degree or Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management
Exposure to the Class 1 residential Construction sector (Highly desirable)

Experience with SAP, ACC, DataBuild & relevant Estimating software
Working knowledge of the Building Code and regulations
Understanding of the construction process and terminology
Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
