Our Client is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estimating large-scale industrial construction projects, with significant experience in design-build and construction management. This role requires an individual who can quickly integrate into our operations, take ownership of their work, and contribute to our diverse portfolio of cold storage and food processing facility projects.

Several years of proven experience as a Senior Estimator, ideally with a general contractor.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to estimate projects across a broad value range ($3 million to $90 million).

Strong background in design-build and construction management.
Proficiency in estimating software and tools relevant to the construction industry.

Benefits

A competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and background.
