The manager will lead the PMO function, design and manage reporting dashboards, collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze data, facilitate regular progress meetings, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, automate reporting processes, prepare executive‑level reports, and train and mentor project teams on standards.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and have 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Proven expertise in developing reporting frameworks, strong proficiency with tools such as Power BI, MS Project, and Excel, and excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are required. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred, and the role offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
