Coordinating workload within your Technical Services group and utilization goals for the individuals on your team
Responsibility for leveraging and application of intellectual property, especially as it relates to TSG Community of Practice participation
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees (as approved with the TDM) to support TSG project workload and overall firm growth
Approving time sheets and expense reports in a timely manner
Ensuring your team members are compliant with QA/QC and Health & Safety procedures for project delivery
