As a Digital Sales Enablement Projects Lead you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Camfil’s digital transformation journey across the EMEA region. You will work closely with local country teams to plan, implement, and optimize digital initiatives that enhance customer engagement, sales efficiency, and business performance.
Your focus will be on enabling adoption and value creation from new digital tools and processes — spanning marketing automation, CRM workflows, customer journey improvements, and eCommerce platform developments.
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, digital solution owners, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, alignment with local needs, and measurable impact on sales and customer experience.

You will work either in a hybrid model from one of our European locations - Colombes, Brussels, Ede or Levice; or remotely from France, Belgium, The Netherlands or Slovakia. You will travel regularly (20-25%) to our EMEA locations to support local stakeholders in their digital transformation journey.
