To lead a team of technical support staff
To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
To ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services including equipment’s like DG system, HVAC system, elevators and escalators, BMS, HT and LT panels, switchyard, transformer, LPG / CNG yard, APFC panels, UPS, pumping system, WTP, STP, fire alarms, hydrant systems, rainwater harvesting, distribution of power, water quality, control of circuits, digital application, civil, plumbing etc
Track all works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding & Painting and technical works
To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
