Utilize company Centers of Excellence throughout the preconstruction execution process as needed to inform bid strategies, estimating, and process enhancements.
Regional Pursuits: Meet the region’s need to secure multi-business unit work by aligning regional opportunities with business unit preconstruction and execution capacity. Lead the coordination of job pursuits within the region. Maintain bid log information, tracking and ranking project targets based on probability of success and alignment with business units. Develop and execute proposal workplans for multi-business unit projects, managing estimating, bidding, logistics planning, and overall execution strategy.
Company Preconstruction Support: Collaborate with the company preconstruction team in securing large non-core work within the region. Actively recruit and develop candidates to fill preconstruction roles within business units and the region. Mentor preconstruction talent across the region, focusing on skill development and leadership growth.
Preconstruction Capacity: Know the competency and capacity of the region’s preconstruction teams and provide support when key core projects are being pursued. Provide data and insights to regional leadership for financial planning and preconstruction forecasting.
