Member Services Officer

Description

• Assist members with account queries, lodgements, withdrawals, and online banking support
• Serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering professional and welcoming service in-branch, online, and by phone
• Process membership applications and account updates
• Support the loan application process by gathering documentation and responding to member queries

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in a financial services or customer-facing role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
