Review plans and drawings for cost and constructability insights
Support early procurement and logistics planning with development and project teams
Manage subcontractor bids and maintain historical cost data
Conduct value engineering reviews and provide strategic input on systems and materials
Develop conceptual budgets and detailed estimates at all stages of design
You’ll be trusted with early input. Preconstruction is a key part of the business strategy. You’ll be involved in projects right from the start, from shaping design, systems, budget, logistics, and scheduling in close partnership with project stakeholders and leadership.

At least 5 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or a related role i.e. you're a PM that estimates or is involved in Preconstuction
