- Ability to work well in a team or independent setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- MUST Be Able to Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen*
- Be able to stand and be on your feet for an entire shift
- Valid and Current Driver's License is Required (CDL is a plus!)
- Construction Experience Preferred
- Ability to manage time and complete priority tasks
- Hydraulic Repair Experience is Preferred
