• Oversee drilling operations and coordinate with internal teams across multiple offices.
• Manage geotechnical investigations and reporting for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with CMT and Environmental teams for integrated project delivery.

Requirements

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead projects and mentor junior staff. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to work on diverse projects including commercial developments, data centers, rail infrastructure, and residential subdivisions.

• Strong Reputation: Union presence ensures consistent site access and compliance.
• 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Expertise in soil characterization, foundation design recommendations, and ground improvement.
• Multiple Illinois Offices: Enjoy local projects with minimal travel outside the region.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• PE License strongly preferred.
