Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and external consultants, to ensure the integration of transport systems with regional networks
• Conduct research on emerging transportation technologies and trends to inform planning decisions
• Lead project updates and revisions, ensuring adaptability to changing project scopes and timelines
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance transport planning practices
• Manage and mentor transport planning teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Lead the transportation planning process for Qiddiya, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Coordinate traffic impact assessments and ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines
• Oversee the preparation of master plans, feasibility studies, and transport models to evaluate transport needs and solutions
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for management and stakeholders to communicate transport planning strategies and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Transport Planning, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 12 - 15 years of experience in transport planning with a focus on large-scale urban or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of transport policies, regulations, and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of transport planning software and modeling tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to inform decision-making and planning strategies
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences
