Assist with fleet administration including maintenance bookings, defect reporting and vehicle availability
Act as the main point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions, route guidance and ongoing support
Maintain accurate load sheets, delivery schedules and compliance records
Monitor vehicle movements, proactively resolving delays, issues or last-minute changes
Work closely with internal teams, customers and stakeholders to deliver service excellence
Ensure all fleet activities meet fatigue management, safety and chain-of-responsibility requirements
Plan, schedule and allocate daily runs to maximise fleet utilisation and meet customer delivery expectations
