  • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary CBRE representative onsite.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards at all times.
  • Perform minor facility support duties, including assisting with HVAC and air compressor repairs, relocating furniture, conducting fire extinguisher inspections, and changing filters.
  • Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email to provide updates, check statuses, and coordinate scheduling.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel) for communication, documentation, and task management.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
  • Coordinate vendor activities, including scheduling services, escorting vendors onsite, and verifying completion of work.
  • Collaborate with onsite technicians on various tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational needs.
  • File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
  • Work with landlords, technicians and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders; assign work orders to technicians and vendors as needed.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
  • Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders.
