Facilities Coordinator (Onsite)

Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary CBRE representative onsite.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards at all times.
Perform minor facility support duties, including assisting with HVAC and air compressor repairs, relocating furniture, conducting fire extinguisher inspections, and changing filters.
Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.
