- Collaborer au processus de soumissions et procéder à l'analyse d'appels d'offres;
- Négocier, octroyer et préparer les contrats de sous-traitance et les bons de commandes;
- Définir les besoins du projet;
- Formation continue et développement professionnel pour favoriser votre évolution ;
- Assurer l'aspect administratif des projets : rapports, avis de changements et/ou extra ou tout autre avenant au projet ;
- Analyser les plans, devis et documents de soumission;
- Effectuer les post mortem des projets et faire des suggestions constructives pour optimiser la compétitivité de l’entreprise;
- Bureau fermé, air climatisé et chauffage avec contrôle indépendant pour chaque bureau;
- Superviser et appuyer le surintendant de chantier;
- Il incombe aux candidats de s’assurer de l’obtention des permis de travail, visas, ou autres documents légaux nécessaires pour ce poste.
- Assurer l'avancement des travaux dans le respect des standards de qualité, des échéanciers et des budgets prévus;
- Coordonner les effectifs requis;
- Coordonner les budgets et assurer un suivi de la facturation et des paiements;

- Emploi à temps plein (37.5H), permanent du lundi au vendredi;
- Une fine connaissance des caractéristiques propres à la construction en climat arctique;
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets division bâtiment de grandes envergures;
- Le masculin est utilisé pour alléger le texte, et ce, sans préjudice pour la forme féminine.
- Expérience avec la gestion de projet en « design built » un atout;
- Participer à l’élaboration et l'application du programme de prévention;
- Anglais avancé à l'oral et à l'écrit;
- Emploi à temps plein et permanent;
- Baccalauréat en génie de la construction, architecture ou tout autre domaine pertinent ou toute autre combinaison de formation et expérience en lien avec le poste;
- Être disponible pour des déplacements occasionnels sur les chantiers situés en région éloignée.
- Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office et MS Project;
- Salaire basé sur l’expérience;
- Un hangar d'avion à Iqaluit;
