Overseeing projects related to building enclosure testing, assessment and commissioning
Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
Performing technical report reviews
Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region
Leading and coaching junior staff members
Performing responsibilities at regional level
Consulting services for the built environment including, but not limited to, specialized building enclosure and/or structural testing, building enclosure and/or structural consulting, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, and design of repairs to existing structures
Preparing and reviewing proposals

BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred
8+ years of relevant professional experience
Licensed or certified as at least one of the following
Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, University of Wisconsin‐Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
